Our community manager Yasmin is an incredible asset to our organization, having been working in the care sector for 5 years. By getting out into the community and assessing individuals' needs she can create a care plan to best suit their requirements - it's no wonder she has been such a success so far! Yasmin also offers able-bodied individuals and those living with disabilities a place to interact together through her organizing of takeaway nights, arts and crafts, and fun activities – all with your unique care in mind. We are very lucky indeed that we have someone like Yasmin who works so hard to ensure our Carers have what they need.
